Mogadishu(SONNA)-4 Al-Shabaab militants were killed and several others injured after fighting between Somali National Army and the group fighters at SNA base near Janale district in Lower Shabelle region, SONNA reported Tuesday.
SNA Commander in the area, Nur Mohamed Gabow said that the forces killed the terrorists while mobilizing their fighters to wage an attack to SNA base in Janale town overnight.
Somali National Army backed by regional forces and International Partners killed 200 terrorist militant group of Al-Shabaab in Mudug, lower Shabelle and Jubba region during operations last week.
