Mogadishu(SONNA)-The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia H.E Mohamed Abdullah Farmaajo Signed the civil aviation Act on Monday today, SONNA reported.
The civil aviation Act was previously passed by members of the parliament earlier this Month.The act will significantly contribute to the Country’s aviation sector.
In that regard, the president appointed Ahmed Moalim Hassan as the General manager for the civil aviation Agency,wishing him the best in handling his new position.
The President thanked all participants in legislating the civil aviation act, describing it as a ‘legacy’ for the Somali nation.
