Mogadishu (SONNA): Former Somali Ambassador to Iraq, H.E .Issa Ali Mohamed has today on Tuesday died in Mogadishu for certain illness, SONNA reported.
The deceased diplomat, Issa Ali Mohamed served the country in the field of diplomacy for about 50 years.
The Somali Government made a funeral service for the deceased and was buried in Mogadishu.
The President of the Federal Government of Somalia H.E Mohamed Abdullah Farmajo, Speaker of the parliament Hon. Mohamed Mursal Abdirahman and Prime Minister H.E Hassan Ali Kheyre expressed their sadness over the death of the ambassador and sent their deepest condolences to the family and friends of the deceased as well as the Somali people.
