Beijing, SONNA — A delegation of Somali children from Abdiaziz Orphanage has arrived in Beijing. They were warmly welcomed by their Chinese hosts, signaling the beginning of an enriching cultural exchange program titled “China & Africa: Children Hand in Hand.”
This initiative, aimed at fostering mutual understanding and friendship, will see the children engage in various activities that showcase the rich cultural heritage of both nations.
The delegation’s arrival marks the continuation of a heartwarming journey that began last year when China and Somalia jointly celebrated International Children’s Day at Mogadishu’s Abdiaziz Orphanage with the “Warm Children’s Hearts” event.
