The Commander of the Somali National Army Major General Ibrahim Sheikh Muhuddin visited the Turkish Embassy with the new Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Somalia Mr. Alper Aktaş.
The two sides discussed the portal and cooperation between the two parties and how to improve the training of the Somali Armed Forces.
The Commander thanked the Ambassador and the government of Türkiye, Amb. Alper Aktaş and congratulated him on the responsibility assigned to him, and said that Turkey is a real brother of Somalia who has stood by his side in difficult times.
