President Hassan appoints Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs

Mogadishu (SONNA): The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has appointed Mr. Hussein Sheikh Mohamud as the Senior Advisor to the President on Constitutional Affairs, which is one of the issues related to the completion of the state-building process in Somalia. Dr. Hussein Sheikh Mohamud, who specializes in state-building and peace, has become a member of the Upper House of Parliament, and has also become the Chairman of the Constitutional Review Committee of the Two Houses of the Federal Parliament of Somalia. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who expressed his confidence in the constitutional review of our country, urged the new Senior Advisor on Constitutional Affairs, Hussein Sheikh Mohamud, to use his knowledge and experience, and to follow the national plan for the constitutional amendment.
