Mogadishu (SONNA) – Abdulkadir Isse, the Director of Public Relations at the Military Court and investigative journalist, has released a new program called (Dhaqtarkii Dilaaga ahaa) Killer Dr.
The program talks about a man who claimed to be a doctor but was working closely with the Al-Shabaab group, which planned attacks and explosions that killed many people.
In this program, which was aired on the national media and other media used by the military court, new techniques were learned that are used by anti-government groups.
The program, which lasted for about half an hour, was presented with techniques such as the use of Medical Certificates, Army uniforms and even their ranks.
He also revealed in the program how government officials can go through and stay in government facilities.
Abdulkadir Isse has previously made other programs such as The Killer Teacher.
