Mogadishu (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Government of Somalia, HE Mohamed Abdullahi Farmajo returned to the country today from Ethiopia where he attended the 35th session of the African Union Summit.
The President had a meeting with the Ethiopian Prime Minister while he was at the summit and they discussed strengthening the bilateral relations of the two nations and advancing the bilateral cooperation in the areas of security, trade, economy, good neighbourhood and development, and the overall situation of the horn.
The President also had sideline meetings with other Presidents including the President of Zambia, HE Hakainde Hichilema and the President of Ghana, HE Nana Akufo-Addo, they discussed strengthening the relationship of their countries and Somalia and cooperation with other African countries.
