Las’anod, (SONNA) – The Federal Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, Hon. Ali Yusuf Ali (Ali Hoosh), held a meeting in Las’anod with a delegation of traditional leaders from Ethiopia’s Somali Region, led by Garaad Kulmiye Garaad Mohamed Garaad Wiilwaal.
The Minister praised the delegation’s peacebuilding efforts during their visit to SSC-Khaatumo, acknowledging their constructive role in promoting reconciliation and stability in the region.
The meeting was also attended by prominent traditional leaders, including Garaad Jama Garaad Ismail and Garaad Abdirizak Garaad Soofe, along with other senior figures supporting the peace process.
