Mogadishu(SONNA):Somali Police Force Commander General Abdi Hassan Mohamed (Hijar) instructed All officers of Somalia’s Police Force to avoid meddling in Politics ,SONNA reported.
The commander said that the police force should put all their focus to maintain the overall safety of the Somali people and to ensure that the country’s elections take place in a highly safe environment.
General Hijar appealed to the public to assist the Police Force in combating drugs, misconduct and all related security threats.
At last, He strongly urged the police force to immediately act upon the instructions issued by the senior Police command and to strengthen the unity and solidarity in the Police force.
