Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud received the newly-appointed U.S. Ambassador to Somalia, Richard H. Riley. In the meeting, the Ambassador presented his Letters of Credence to the President.
The President has also received General Michael E. Langley, Commander of United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), alongside Ambassador Riley to discuss Somalia-U.S. strategic security cooperation and joint counter-terrorism efforts.
