Jeddah, (SONNA) — The Minister of Port and Maritime Transport of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, accompanied by H.E. Amb. Mohamed Ali Nur Americo, Director General of Mogadishu Port, led a high-level delegation on an official visit to Jeddah Islamic Port and Red Sea Gateway Terminal.
The visit focused on reviewing Saudi Arabia’s advanced expertise in port management, operations, and logistics, while discussions emphasized strengthening cooperation, exchanging expertise, and adopting international best practices to support the modernization of Somalia’s ports.
