Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Somali Military Court this morning carried out the death sentences on former Corporal Maxamed Xuseen Buulle and former Private Aadan Isaaq Yarow (known as Salaad Koofi), both previously serving in the 14th October Battalion, who had earlier been convicted and sentenced to death.
The two ex-soldiers were found guilty of collaborating with the Khawarij and assassinating the late commander of the 83rd Battalion, former Major Ceydiid Maxamed Cali. They killed him by planting an explosive device under his bed.
