Mogadishu(SONNA):- The Banadir Regional Administration today launched a heart surgery campaign in Mogadishu targeting 11 children suffering from cardiac diseases.
Speaking to the media, the Director of Health for Banadir Region, Abdirahman Ahmed, said the medical campaign will benefit 11 children in need of heart surgeries, with all treatment costs covered by the Governor of Banadir Region and Mayor of Mogadishu.
“Today, we launched a heart surgery campaign for 11 children,” said the Director of Health for Banadir Region.
Meanwhile, Banadir Regional Secretary Bilan Bile Mahmoud stated that the Governor of Banadir Region has fully sponsored the treatment of the children undergoing the surgeries.
“The Governor of Banadir Region has sponsored the treatment of these 11 children undergoing heart surgeries,” said Banadir Regional Secretary Bilan Bile Mahmoud.
