Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, has appointed the following officials as Vice Chancellors of the Somali National University:
- Prof. Dr. Abdirisaq Abdullahi Hashi – Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs
- Ms. Deeqa Mohamed Qalib – Vice Chancellor for Administration and Finance
- Prof. Dr. Abdullahi Sheikh Rashid – Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Community Engagement
- Dr. Ali Cawil Ahmed – Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation
- Dr. Fuad Mirre Hassan – Vice Chancellor for Planning and Development
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud instructed the newly appointed officials to faithfully carry out the responsibilities entrusted to them in accordance with the laws of the country, and wished them success and effectiveness in their new roles.
