Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Speaker of the Upper House of the Federal Parliament of Somalia, H.E. Abdi Hashi Abdullahi, has departed for the Republic of Djibouti today, leading a parliamentary delegation on an official visit.
The visit comes at the invitation of his counterpart, H.E. Dileita Mohamed Dileita, Speaker of the National Assembly of Djibouti. During his stay, Speaker Abdi Hashi will engage in high-level meetings aimed at strengthening inter-parliamentary relations, enhancing bilateral cooperation, and promoting experience-sharing between the two legislative bodies.
The agenda includes discussions on parliamentary training programs and institutional collaboration, as part of broader efforts to reinforce the longstanding ties between the brotherly nations of Somalia and Djibouti.
