Mogadishu, (SONNA) – Officials of the Bureau of Standards confiscated 249 contraband TABOO tobacco boxes at Mogadishu Port.
The illegal goods were handed over to the police, who will destroy them.
The agency said that from today on any contraband brought into Somalia from the Port or the Airport will be confiscated and handed over to the police.
