The ceremony brought together senior officials including the Director General of the Ministry, Mr. Abdullahi Hayir Ducaale; Director of the Department of Culture and Research, Mr. Aadan Abdiqani Awale; as well as directors from various departments and representatives from local art-focused private companies.
