Moqokori, (SONNA) – A delegation led by the Chairman of Somalia’s National Disaster Management Agency (SoDMA), Mr. Mohamud Moallim Abdulle, arrived in Moqokori district of Hiiraan region to deliver a critical shipment of medical supplies in support of Somali National Army forces and local forces engaged in ongoing operations against Al-Shabaab militants.
The medical consignment, consisting of various essential supplies, was officially received by Members of the Federal Parliament, the Hirshabelle Minister of Interior, the Governor of Hiiraan, and other regional officials.
During the visit, the SoDMA Chairman also inspected key infrastructure projects in the district, including the nearly completed Moqokori Hospital and the community’s primary water well.
