Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, today attended the inauguration ceremony of the Somali Arabic Language Empowerment Program, emphasizing the importance of Arabic to Somali society and state-building.
In his speech, the Prime Minister stressed that Arabic is Somalia’s second official language and plays a crucial role in governance, legislation, national unity, as well as the advancement of education and culture.
