Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia H.E Mohamed Hussein Roble received in his office the UK Special Envoy for famine and humanitarian affairs Mr. Nick Dyer, on Sunday.
The PM and the UK envoy discussed on how to deliver emergency assistance to the drought stricken people in Somalia.
Nick Dyer announced an additional $8 million (£5.5 million) package of UK support to deal with the effects of the drought. Dyer visited Somalia today and held a meeting with the PM.
