Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Dr. Mohamed Elmi opened the First Intergovernmental Forum on Public Administration Reform in Mogadishu today.
The forum brought together Federal Government of Somalia and Federal Member States Ministries of Labour and Social Affairs and civil service commissions.
The forum convenes key institutions benefiting from the Somalia Enhancing Public Resource Management project to agree on the structure, roles, and modalities for effective public administration reforms, addressing ambiguities and aligning objectives across government entities.
