Mogadishu (SONNA): President of Galmudug State of Somalia H.E Ahmed Abdi Kariye (Qoor-Qoor) met with the UK Ambassador to Somalia Ms. Kate Foster and US Deputy Chief of Mission Ms.Colleen Crenwelge in Mogadishu, SONNA reported.
Galmudug’s President and the diplomats discussed the humanitarian related affairs and the recent updates regarding the drought situation in Galmudug’s region.
President Qoor-Qoor appealed to the international community to address the issue of drought to urgently assist the people affected by the drought in the country’s regions.
