Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Mr. Hamza Adam Hadow, today held a meeting at the Ministry with the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Somalia, Abdullah bin Salem Al-Nuaimi.
The Permanent Secretary and the Ambassador discussed the strengthening of relations between the two countries and cooperation in the fields of diplomacy, development and aid.
Mr. Hadow and Ambassador Al-Nuaimi also brought up the visit of the President of Somalia, H.E Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who will go to Qatar in early March.
In this meeting, the two officials were accompanied by the Director of National Protocol Hirsi Haji Ulusow and the director of the Arab Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mustaf Adam Dagal, as well as officials from the Qatar Embassy.
