Mogadishu, SONNA – The Second Deputy Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Jibril Abdirashid Haji Abdi, today chaired a preparatory meeting on the upcoming Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) between Somalia and Qatar.
The discussions focused on finalizing and accelerating agreements in several critical sectors, including:
- Defense Cooperation
- Youth and Sports
- Higher Education and Culture
- Media
- Finance (Taxation and Customs)
Deputy Prime Minister Jibril emphasized that these MoUs are part of the “DanQaran” government’s efforts to strengthen international partnerships and to directly translate them into services and opportunities for the Somali people.
