Mogadishu, (SONNA)—The Embassy of Somalia in Serbia congratulated the Somali National News Agency on its 61st anniversary of establishment.
“Congratulations to SONNA Somali National News Agency on its anniversary! Since its founding on January 5, 1964, SONNA has connected Somalia to the world despite many challenges. We hope the agency continues success and progress in 2025,” the Embassy said on its X platform.
The Somali National News Agency (SONNA) was first established in 1964, and it has continued to provide accurate news without prejudice and continues to be one of the focal points of news source for the locals and the world.
