Mogadishu, (SONNA): The conference of Somali scholars convened today to discuss the perceived threats posed by Shia ideology to the Islamic nation. The discussion was led by prominent scholars Shiekh Mohamed Abukar Hassan, Shiekh Hussein Shiekh Hassan, and Shiekh Mohamed Shiekh Ali Mohamud.
Throughout the debate, the scholars emphasized the critical need to educate the public on religious matters and to strengthen the unity among scholars to prevent the spread of Shia ideology.
