Conference of Somali Scholars Addresses Dangers of Shia Ideology

Mogadishu, (SONNA): The conference of Somali scholars convened today to discuss the perceived threats posed by Shia ideology to the Islamic nation. The discussion was led by prominent scholars Shiekh Mohamed Abukar Hassan, Shiekh Hussein Shiekh Hassan, and Shiekh Mohamed Shiekh Ali Mohamud.

Throughout the debate, the scholars emphasized the critical need to educate the public on religious matters and to strengthen the unity among scholars to prevent the spread of Shia ideology. They highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts among scholars to foster a united Islamic nation and to safeguard against ideologies that could destabilize the community.

The conference emphasized the necessity of promoting cooperation among scholars to ensure the stability and unity of the Islamic nation. The scholars called for increased awareness and education to protect against harmful ideas and to maintain the integrity of the Islamic faith.
