Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Speaker of the Lower House of the Federal Republic of Somalia, H.E Sheikh Adan Mohamed Nur (Madobe), received the Charge d’affaires of the British Embassy in Somalia, Mr. Ed Barnett.
The meeting focused on the deep relationship between the two governments, the cooperation between the Parliament and the British government.
Mr. Barnett thanked the Speaker of the Parliament for his success in the Southwest reconciliation process which ended in political stability and social understanding.
They also discussed important laws approved by the Parliament and those that are currently pending to complete government services.
