Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Defense Committee of the Somali Parliament held a meeting with the Minister of Defense, H.E Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur (Jamac) and the Commander of the Somali National Army, General Odawaa Yusuf Raage.
The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Defense Committee Mr. Yusuf Gelle Ugas and the agenda included the review of the Ministry’s strategy, the report on the structure of the National Security, the plan of operations against the Al-Shabab terrorists, a report on the success of the operations of the National Armed Forces and the current challenges and other issues.
