Mogadishu(SONNA)-United Nations Assistance Mission in Somalia on Monday welcomed the agreement reached by National Consultative Council whose discussion on electoral issues concluded in Mogadishu Yesterday, SONNA reported.
UNSOM said in a twitter post that it is pleased that NCC reached consensus to clarify electoral procedures and expedite the House of the People elections, telling the priority now is to implement these decisions to achieve a credible and widely-accepted result by the new deadline of 25 February.
