Mogadishu, (SONNA) – A high-level national meeting on preparedness and prevention measures against the Ebola virus has opened at the National Public Health Emergency Operations Center in Mogadishu.
The meeting brought together representatives from the Ministries of Internal Security, Foreign Affairs, Health, Civil Aviation, and Information, alongside the Director General of Civil Aviation and the Commissioner of the National Disaster Management Agency.
Officials said the meeting focuses on strengthening coordination and cooperation among government institutions in efforts to prevent and prepare for any potential Ebola outbreak in Somalia.
