CAIRO, (SONNA) – The State Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Ambassador Ilyas Sheikh Omar Abubakar, met with Egypt’s Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Mahmoud Fawzi, in Cairo to discuss enhancing bilateral cooperation.
The meeting focused on strengthening collaboration between the two countries in legislative and judicial matters. Both ministers emphasized the importance of the strategic partnership between Somalia and Egypt, reaffirming their commitment to implementing previous agreements to bolster cooperation.
This partnership is part of broader efforts to deepen ties between the two nations, contributing to regional stability and development.
