Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Commander of the Somali Police Force, Major General Asad Osman Abdullahi, has officially launched an advanced training program for selected units of the Police Dervish (Daraawiish) Force.
Senior officials attended the opening ceremony, including the Head of the European Union Mission. The participating police units will receive specialized training focused on modern counterterrorism operations, combat tactics, and operational procedures, while fully adhering to national laws and international human rights standards.
