El-dher, (SONNA) – The Chief of the Somali National Army, General Odowaa Yusuf Rage, visited the Somali National Army troops and the brave local forces in El-dher District, Galgaduud region, to assess their situation and show support for their ongoing operations.
During his visit, General Odowaa commended the troops and the courageous local fighters for their unwavering dedication to defending their people and homeland from Al-Shabaab terrorists. He urged them to continue their efforts to liberate the remaining areas still under terrorist control, emphasizing the importance of their mission for national security and peace.
General Odowaa, who is currently on a tour of frontline battle zones in central Somalia, continued his journey from El-dher to other districts, with Harardheere being his next destination. His tour aims to evaluate the conditions of both the national forces and the local heroes fighting tirelessly to eliminate the Al-Shabaab terrorist threat.
