Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Hamza Abdi Barre who was accompanied by senior officials visited the district of Darussalam and spent time with hundreds of Somali residents from the districts of Banadir region, who were celebrating the Eid festival.
The visit of the Prime Minister and the senior officials indicates the security and peace in the country’s capital, Mogadishu.
The Prime Minister praised the development, beauty and security in the Darussalam district, encouraging the community and businessmen to continue their efforts in the development of the capital and the country as a whole.
The Prime Minister declared that the government is fully supporting the businessmen, to achieve progress, and will work with them to create new opportunities for business and investment.
“I am calling on all Somali businessmen to stand up for their country’s development and invest, as the country is peaceful, and there are investment opportunities that lead to economic development and job creation, making the country prosperous,” Mr. Hamza added.
