Mogadishu, (SONNA) – A coordinated security operation was carried out late last night in Cabdulle-Barbaar, near Ciid-Ciid, targeting militant hideouts in Mahadaay district.
According to military officials, the operation resulted in the elimination of seven militants and the seizure of six rifles, a Fekon motorcycle, and other equipment.
The operation is part of ongoing efforts by Somali security forces to enhance stability in the region by dismantling militant networks and preventing their movements.
