Addis Ababa, (SONNA) – The Minister of Labour and Social Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hon. MP Yusuf Mohamed Adan, participated in the Africa Innovation Summit officially opened by the Deputy Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Hon. Temesgen Tiruneh, in Addis Ababa.
The three-day summit, taking place from April 28–30, 2025, brings together ministers and senior officials from African ministries responsible for labour and skills development. The event focuses on advancing innovation skills and entrepreneurship as key pillars in achieving the continent’s development goals for the year.
Over the coming days, Minister Yusuf will hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from African countries and participate in a panel discussion titled “New Skills and Capabilities to Empower Africa’s Innovators and Entrepreneurs.”
