Addis Ababa, (SONNA) — The Minister of Family Affairs and Human Rights of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Khadija Mohamed Al-Makhzoumi, held a productive meeting at the Somali Embassy in Addis Ababa with the African Union Special Representative on Children Affected by Armed Conflict, Jainaba Jagne.
The meeting, attended by Abdullahi Mohamed Warfa, focused on strengthening efforts to protect children and expand access to education, particularly for those in displacement settings.
Both sides emphasized the importance of coordinated action to safeguard the rights and well-being of children affected by conflict.
