Mogadishu(SONNA)-On Sunday, the Minister of Justice and Constitution, H.E. Hassan Moalim Mahmoud, accompanied by members of the Federal Government, conducted an inspection visit to the Holwadag District in the Banadir Region as part of preparations for the upcoming local elections.
During the visit, the delegation toured Bakara Market and met with traders and residents, emphasizing the importance of broad public participation in local elections. The Minister stated that the visit aimed to encourage citizens to exercise their constitutional right to elect local council representatives, noting that the positive public response reflects strong awareness of the role of local elections in promoting stability and development.
