Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh chaired the Third Annual National Steering Committee Meeting on Civil Registration & Vital Statistics (CRVS).
H.E Ali Yusuf Ali Hosh, who also serves as the Chair of the National Steering Committee on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics, opened the meeting with remarks highlighting the significant progress made in strengthening Somalia’s civil registration system.
H.E. Khadija Mohamed Al-Makhzoumi, Minister of Family and Human Rights Development of Somalia and member of the committee, spoke at the Third Annual National Steering Committee Meeting on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics.
The Deputy Minister of Interior of South West State, Hon. Abdifitah Ali Mursal, addressed the gathering and presented a report on the civil registration and vital statistics activities in South West State.
The high-level meeting brought together key stakeholders from relevant Federal Ministries and Agencies.
