Minister of Foreign Affairs Holds Bilateral Meeting with Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs

Dubrovnik, (SONNA) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Abdisalam Abdi Ali, held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz Al Khulaifi, Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar, on the sidelines of the Dubrovnik Forum to discuss ways of further strengthening the longstanding partnership between the two countries.

The two Ministers reviewed the close bilateral relations between Somalia and Qatar and explored opportunities to expand cooperation across areas of mutual interest. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments, reaffirming their shared commitment to further strengthening the partnership between the two brotherly countries and enhancing coordination in support of peace, stability, sustainable development, and shared prosperity.
