Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Permanent Secretary of the Office of the Prime Minister, Kamal Dahir Gutale, presided over the handover ceremony for the new Director of the Information Department and Government Spokesperson, Abdinassir Ahmed Bashir, and his predecessor.
The ceremony, held at the Office of the Prime Minister, was attended by staff of the department and several departmental directors.
Permanent Secretary Kamal urged the new director and the staff to carry out their duties with efficiency, professionalism, and dedication.
