Mogadishu – (SONNA) – The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Federal Government of Somalia, Ambassador Ahmed Moalim Fiqi welcomed the Chairman of the National Disability Agency (NDA), Mohamed Abdul Jama, for a meaningful discussion at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Headquarters today.
The meeting focused on strengthening efforts to advance the rights and well-being of persons with disabilities in Somalia. Both leaders underscored the critical importance of promoting inclusivity in national development policies and fostering greater collaboration to address the unique challenges faced by the disabled community.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs remains steadfast in its mission to create an inclusive society where every Somali, regardless of ability, is afforded the opportunity to contribute to and benefit from the country’s progress and development.
