Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Director General of the Somali Immigration and Nationality Agency, Mr. Ahmed Saeed Mohamed, inspected the work and observed the smooth running of the activities and services for the issuance of passports at the agency’s facilities in Hodan and Abdicasis districts.
The Director General visited all the offices and listened to reports from the Directors of the departments, who gave reports on the progress of the work of the Agency in providing Passport service to the people, which is provided in the two districts where these offices are located. Also, during his inspection, the Director interviewed the staff working in the offices to find out more about the work that is going on in their offices and the work challenges that exist there.
The Director Ahmed also emphasized the importance of facilitating public service and improving the relationship between the people who come to the passport service centers and the officials working in the Hodan and Abdicasis District Offices.
Finally, the supervision of the Director General was accompanied by the Deputy Director General, the Director of the Investigation Department and the Acting Director of the Citizenship and Registration Department.
