Mogadishu (SONNA) – Abdulaziz District in the Banaadir Region has advanced to the third round of the Ramadan Quiz Competition after defeating Hudur District with a score of 14 points to 6.
The Ramadan Quiz contest, organized annually by the Somali National Media, is being held for the 16th consecutive year. This year’s edition is jointly supported by IBS Bank and the Banaadir Regional Administration.
The competition is broadcast every night on Somali National Media, airing live on Somali National Television as well as on Radio Mogadishu.
Each year, the Ramadan Quiz competition brings together 32 districts from across Somalia. The winning district receives trophies, cash prizes, and certificates recognizing the academic achievements and knowledge demonstrated by the country’s emerging young generation.
