DHAKA, Bangladesh – The Ambassador of the Federal Government of Somalia to Pakistan, H.E. Sheekhnuur Maxamed Hassan, officially presented his letters of credence today to the President of Bangladesh, Mr. Mohammed Shahabuddin, marking his accreditation as the non-resident ambassador to the country.
During the ceremony held in Dhaka, Ambassador Sheekhnuur conveyed a formal message of goodwill and high regards from the President of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Dr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. The message emphasized the value Somalia places on its bilateral ties with Bangladesh and the desire to further develop cooperation between the two nations.
President Mohammed Shahabuddin graciously accepted the credentials and the greetings from President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud. In his remarks, the President affirmed his government’s strong commitment to strengthening diplomatic relations and enhancing collaborative frameworks between Mogadishu and Dhaka.
