Members of the Parliament Approve Revised Anti-Piracy Law

Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Members of the House of the People of the Federal Parliament of Somalia have approved the Bill revising Law No. 36 on combating piracy and preventing kidnapping, originally issued on April 30, 1975. A total of 140 Members of Parliament voted in favor, with none opposing or abstaining.
