Mogadishu, (SONNA) — The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, H.E. Hamza Abdi Barre, received the Ambassador of Switzerland to Somalia, Mr. Mirko Giulietti, for talks focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries.
During the meeting, Prime Minister Hamza highlighted the achievements of the “DanQaran” government and reaffirmed Somalia’s commitment to sustainable progress, particularly in advancing towards democratic elections that return power to the people.
Ambassador Giulietti reiterated Switzerland’s continued support for Somalia, especially in the areas of reconciliation, peace-building, and development.
