Mogadishu – In the spirit of national pride, the Organising Committee for the Days of Independence and Unity held a cultural showcase in Mogadishu ahead of Somalia’s Independence and Unity Day, marked on June 26 and July 1.
The event featured performances by renowned national groups including Waaberi, Horseed, Heegan, Onkod, Danan, Hiddo, and the Banaadir Band, who competed in a vibrant display of music and art celebrating Somalia’s rich heritage.
