Mogadishu, (SONNA) – The Chairperson of the National Organizing Committee for Somalia’s Independence and Unity Days, who also serves as the Minister of Interior, Federal Affairs and Reconciliation, MP Ali Yusuf Ali-Hosh, conducted an official inspection of the security forces preparing for the upcoming national celebrations.
Accompanied by fellow committee ministers, the Minister visited General Kaahiye Police Academy, where various units of the Somali Police Force and Custodial Corps have been mobilized for participation in the upcoming parades and ceremonies marking the country’s historic days.
The committee also toured Daljirka Dahsoon, one of the key national sites scheduled to host commemorative events during the Independence and Unity festivities.
The inspection comes as Somalia prepares for a series of patriotic events aimed at honoring its sovereignty, history, and national unity.
